We are a small brewery located in Ho chi minh City, Vietnam, which has been experimenting with fermentation of local fruits since 2013.
Our goal is to only use fresh regional ingredients and brew the Ciders with help from modern European equipment and techniques.
Except for our three staple flavours (passion fruit, rosella and mountain apple) we also regularly make small batches of seasonal fruits.
In order to keep as much of the original flavour as possible, we don’t filter the brews. This means that you can always expect a glass of slightly cloudy but very flavourful drink, when you order a Bazan.
