Bazan Brewing started with a simple moment in Đắk Lắk province — a taste of something wild that stuck with us and wouldn't let go.
It happened on a trek through Đắk Lắk's highland trails. A taste of fresh hibiscus flower picked straight from the bush, and that was it — a hobby was born. From there it became about figuring out how to get that raw, vibrant flavour into a glass.
What began as a backyard experiment kept growing. We spent time learning about Việt Nam's local fruits and berries, blending tradition with curiosity, and slowly turning batches into brews we were genuinely proud of.
Five years in and we're just getting started. We're focused on making honest, flavourful ciders from the best local ingredients we can find — and sharing Việt Nam's wild flavours with anyone who's curious enough to try them.
